MOTIVATIONAL MOMENT
“If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end.” - Mark 3:24-26
Is it safe to say we are a divided country? You have one group who claims to be against abortion but has no problem against killing a group of people who do not look like them.
You have another group of people who have no problem committing adultery but condemn others who live an alternative lifestyle.
Then you have those groups who have no problem condemning prostitution yet they refuse to let go of pornography and total disregard of those kidnapped into sex-trafficking.
Whew!! And people ask me why we need Jesus!! Seriously?

“But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. 2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, 4 treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power.”
Whether it’s the last days or yesterday, the same God is calling us all to do the same thing: “Love one another as I have loved you.” We must make an effort to understand and walk out what this scripture means. We cannot do it alone. We NEED Christ. We are naturally sinful. Therefore, we need a supernatural Savior to help us learn to be more like Him toward one another.
